PandeWare is built for easy sign up (For both Organisations and Visitors) and reduce the time to check-in.

Once a person signs up to Pandeware, they will be allocated a unique short code which can be used to check-in. You can sign up to PandeWare on your own or when visiting an Organisation. You can also register your dependants.

An Organisation can register on PandeWare so that it can keep both a visitors’ register and a staff register. PandeWare caters for organisations which have multiple branches. Each organisation or branch will have a unique short code allowing visitors to check-in.

Visitors are screened as a condition to gaining access. All visitors and organisations form a network.

If a person or an organisation comes into contact with a positive or a suspected Covid-19 case, all parties in the network are notified.

Organisations can draw reports so that they fulfil the necessary regulatory requirements.

PandeWare is built upon three values that are believed to be core to the evolution of societies. These values are Welfare, Knowledge and Trust.

Welfare: Organisations wish nothing less than to keep their employees and their visitors safe. Members of society seek the safety and wellbeing of themselves and their loved ones. PandeWare seeks to provide a tool for safety.

Knowledge: We all understand that Knowledge is power. PandeWare provides society with the necessary information to keep us and our loved ones safe.

Trust: For a society to survive a pandemic, there needs to exist a high level of trust amongst each other. Social and cultural norms and values dictate trust at an explicit or implicit level. It is also the one value that prevents anarchy. PandeWare aims to achieve this without changing the norms and values of society.
